Madison Beer Says Justin Bieber Is Releasing Music Because He's 'Happy' Thanks To Hailey

Madison Beer has plenty to mention about friend Justin Bieber's relationship with Hailey, and it's all positive.


Beer has known Justin for quite some time, with their relationship dating back to his discovering her on YouTube back in 2012. She's also known Hailey before she ever started dating Justin. And as such, she's habitually known the two would eventually pair up.
