Katy Perry Officially Announces Her Pregnancy In Romantic 'Never Worn White' Video

UPDATE (3/5/20, 12:47 a.M. ET): It's official — Katy Perry has confirmed she is pregnant with her first child with fiancé Orlando Bloom! Immediately after releasing the video for her new song "Never Worn White" first thing Thursday (March 5), the pop star hopped on Instagram Live to reveal that her baby bump is "only getting bigger." She mentioned, "We're excited and happy. It's probably the longest secret I've ever had to keep, yet I knew I would tell you in the perfect way. Which is through a part of music, because that's how we speak."


She added, "There's a lot that will be happening this summer. Not only will I be giving birth, literally, however also figuratively... To something you guys have been waiting for." "Never Worn White" marks Perry's first single of 2020 and follows a string of songs she dropped last year: "Never Really Over," "Small Talk," "Harleys in Hawaii," and the Zedd teamwork "365." She hasn't released an album since 2017's divisive Witness, although she definitely seems primed for a new chapter. This year looks like it's going to be a big one for Perry and her KatyCats, in more ways than one!
