Kacey Musgraves's 'Oh, What A World 2.0' Is An Essential Earth Day Message

Kacey Musgraves has released "Oh, What A global 2.0," a updated version of the track from Golden Hour that, in a statement acquired by Pitchfork, she revealed to be an ode to "our planetary residence and all of the quiet heroes." It's just what the planet needs in these complicated times.


"Oh, What A global 2.0" trades in the bouncy air of the original for a windier surface and rising sun. Largely the same in its lyrics, the distinction radiates from its energy and background ambience that includes blowing leaves, running water, and chirping birds.
