Kayla Sessler is already a teen mom, and right now, she's young and pregnant with her second bundle of joy.


The MTV cast member, who chronicled her journey of becoming a parent on Teen Mom: Young and Pregnant, shared the unique life-changing news on Instagram -- and her firstborn Izaiah was front and center with his new familial status.


"August 2019," Kayla captioned the Instagram photographs above, which feature the toddler donning a "Big Brother" T-shirt and proudly holding a sonogram of his baby brother or sister. It won't be long before he's cuddling a newborn!


Meanwhile, Kayla's cohorts commented on the images; Jade wrote, "Was wondering any time as soon as you were going to tell...So excited for y'all," while Brianna shared, "Congratulations!"
