2018 MTV VMA Winners: See The Full List

Another year of hits have cemented their places on our playlists, and the time has come to recognize the videos that only made us love them more. The 2018 MTV Video Music Awards are here, and we’re about to find out which artists will land a coveted Moon Person.

A whopping four artists scored noms in all three of the show’s biggest categories; Video, Artist, and Song of the Year — nevertheless can Bruno Mars, Cardi B, Camila Cabello, or Drake secure the triple crown?

Meanwhile, #20gayteen idol Hayley Kiyoko scored a Best New Artist nod, facing off against Cardi, who is technically new to the game, although her exceptionally busy year has made her the most nominated artist of the night with 12 nods.

Over in Best Hip Hop, prepare for a Nicki Minaj/Cardi B showdown, where both females are nominated for their hits, “Chun-Li” and “Bartier Cardi,” respectively. Needless to say, it might fall on Beyoncé and Jay-Z to tame the vibe. The Carters’ Louvre-set “APES**T” nabbed eight nominations, including this category.

However immediately after each year of high-stakes activism sweeping the country, 2018’s most stacked category just might be Video With a Message, where Childish Gambino’s viral gun violence commentary “This Is America” is up against Jessie Reyez’s pre-#MeToo protest “Gatekeeper,” Janelle Monáe and Grimes’s ode to anatomy “PYNK,” DeJ Loaf and Leon Bridges’s plucky “Liberated,” Logic, Alessia Cara, and Khalid’s life-saving “1-800-273-8255,” and Drake’s $996K gift, “God’s Plan.”

And the winners are…
